You will have to bring your own paints to the meetings and paint-in‘s, unless otherwise specified .

All meetings will be at the Claymont Community Center, 3301 Green Street, Claymont, DE 19703. All

Workshops will be at Painter’s Paradise, C10, 950 Ridge Road, Claymont, DE 19703.

When participating in any club paint-in, please remember to bring your regular painting supplies and a brown bag lunch. You will be told in advance if you also need to bring special supplies for a project.

Come to the Class Sign-up table to pay and enter your name for each project. To Sign up for a paint-in or workshop, call Shila Vora 302-234-9171 - and mail your payment to Shila Vora, 413 Uxbridge Way, Hockessin, DE 19707. The newsletter will remind us who has signed up and paid.

Please be considerate of our teachers. Refunds are not possible when the teacher has purchased the surfaces. You will re-ceive all materials for which you have paid (whether you attend or not). When you sign up, be prepared to show up.

For an off-month, all day work shop, plan to arrive at 8:30 AM so you will have time to set up, settle down and be ready to pint at 9:00 AM.

From Maryland, Newark or the Delaware MemorialBridge:

Take I-95 north to Harvey Road exit and follow exit
ramp (staying on the right side of ramp) to Harvey
Road. Turn right onto Harvey Road and follow to
Green Street.
(There is a DelDot library sign on the right side of the
road where Green Street and Harvey intersect.,) Turn
left on to Green Street and follow to first stop light
(Commonwealth Ave) The Center is 1/4 block past
the Commonwealth Ave and Green Street Intersection.

From Philadelphia or the Commodore Barry Bridge:

Take I-95 South to I-495. Follow I-495 to the Philadel-phia
Pike exit and follow exit ramp (staying on the
right side of the ramp) to Philadelphia Pike and follow
to Commonwealth Boulevard. (Holy Rosary School
and Church will be on the left side of the road.) Turn
right on to Commonwealth Boulevard and follow to
the next stop light (Green Street). Turn right on to
Green Street. The Center is 1/4 block past the Com-monwealth
Avenue and Green Street intersection.

From Hockessin (Route 48)/Avondale (Route 41)

(Route 30 intersects with Route 41 near Gap, PA).
Take Lancaster Pike (Route 41 converts to Route 48
near Hockessin) to Route 141. Turn left on to Route
141 and follow to Route 202. Turn right on to Route
202 and follow to I-95 North (Philadelphia) exit. Fol-low
I-95 to Harvey Road exit (stay on right side of the
ramp). Turn right on to Harvey Road and follow to
Green Street. (There is a DelDot Library sign on the
right side of the road where Green Street and Harvey
Road intersect.) The Center is 1/4 block past the Com-monwealth
Avenue and Green Street intersections.

After you enter the parking lot of the Center, drive to
the rear of the parking lot and turn right. Parking is
available in this area. The entrance to the area you
will be using is next to the playground. Both steps
and a ramp are available. Enter the building
through the sliding glass doors and walk directly
ahead to the red doors.
